Returning to Light – at Myrtia
The inspiration
As I slowly began to feel the season changing, leaving the shop door open more often, and watching the trees in the garden bloom softly, the idea came to me for a series of gatherings.
With the intention to return to the light, organically and with beauty. S
o I invited women I deeply appreciate to hold space through circles and workshops, each one bringing something of spring in her own way.
Women’s Circle

The first gathering was a women’s circle.
Our dear Marisel Douzeni held space for another circle at Myrtia. A gathering that touches the heart — of every woman who has ever sat in a circle, even once.
We connected with our feminine nature, with a sense of sacredness and respect.
Feeding the Inner Garden

The next gathering was Feeding the Inner Garden.
Alexandra Mitsiou came from Athens and guided us back to our senses. The foundation of the gathering was conscious eating — a practice that approaches meditation in a different, very grounded way.
Through organic treats and food gathered from nature, she introduced us to a slower rhythm, where food is not just something we consume, but something that truly nourishes us.

Natural Dye & Shibori Workshop

Our third gathering was a natural dye and shibori workshop.
Dora from The Botanical Project introduced us to the magic of colors that come from nature. What could be more beautiful, as we return to the light and color, than creating our own scarves for spring?
With curiosity and openness, we connected with this ancient knowledge of plant dyes. And somehow, very naturally, we began to play — like children. With colors, with shapes, with the unpredictability each piece carries.
It was a joyful workshop that, at least for me, left a lot of inspiration behind.
Tea Ceremony

We closed this cycle of gatherings with a tea ceremony.
Connecting with the healing qualities of the tea plant, Marisel guided us into a quieter, more inward experience.
Without rush. With presence.
A soft closing, just as this circle began.

There is something very beautiful in sharing what you love. I saw it in these women, and felt it in every gathering.
Thank you to the women for everything they shared, and to everyone who passed through the space.
It was simple. And beautiful.
Wishing us all a beautiful spring.
