In order for visitors/users to have access to the services of myrtia.gr, they can register and create their personal account. We reserve the right to send promotional and presentation material of our services to the users/visitors of the website who are registered in the newsletter list. The newsletters received by registered visitors upon their registration to the newsletter list are the intellectual property of the Company and therefore protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law and international conventions. We reserve the right not to register someone in the recipient lists and/or to delete them from them. Visitors/users/members accept the receipt of advertising messages (via email) when they register for the newsletter service of our website. Price Policy
All prices of the products presented on our website are final and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The customer pays the amount indicated in their order, regardless of whether the prices have changed until the delivery of the order. We reserve the right to refuse the order of a product if it is not available or has been discontinued.
Credit Card Information
The use of a Credit Card by the visitor to pay for services is charged only once per transaction. Credit card details are not stored and therefore cannot be used for any other purpose.
Non-Receipt of Order
In case the payment process has been completed and your order has been shipped but you do not wish to receive it, we will refund you the value of your order, deducting shipping costs, interbank transaction costs if applicable, and possible customs clearance expenses (for countries outside the European Union).
Wrong Address
In case the payment process has been completed and you have provided us with the wrong shipping address, when your order is returned to us, we will refund you the value of it, deducting shipping costs, interbank transaction costs if applicable, and possible customs clearance expenses (for countries outside the European Union).
Product Changes
No changes or returns are made due to the nature of the products. Each product is thoroughly checked before leaving the workshop.
Special Orders
In case you want to place a special order, a deposit of at least 50% of the total cost is required, and payment must be made before the product is shipped. In case of cancellation by the customer for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable. Changes and returns are not made for special orders.
Order Cancellation
If it is not a special order, you have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it online, provided that the product/products have not left our store. Cancellation must be made via email at info@myrtia.gr or by phone at 6940208618, stating the order number and the email you used during the purchase.
